Manila, 22 August 2019 – Conquer the fourth at the Citi Vertical Run 2019 with Kerry Sports Manila on 22 September 2019, at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila, one of the tallest buildings in the metro faring at 229.3 meters.

The Citi Vertical Run 2019 with Kerry Sports Manila is organized by Shangri-La at the Fort and has been given the “Qualified Race (QR)” title by the International Skyrunning Federation, the world governing body for skyscraper racing.
For beginners or non-runners who wish to try the Vertical Run, the Fun Climb is ideal. Only up to 20 floors, this category is great for those with minimal experience or children as young as 10 years old. Rate is at Php 1,200.
For casual runners, the Horizon Challenge is a fun challenge by running up 37 floors. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old. Rate is at Php 1,200.
Runners will race up to 59 floors, conquering 1,353 steps at 250 meters with the Full Challenge at Php 1,500. The minimum age for this category is 18 years old.
Achieve a new level of #fitnessgoals with friends or officemates with the Team Challenge at Php 6,000 for the entire team. A team of four will run together, the 59 floors at Php 6,000 for the entire team. Their official record will be based on the third runner that crosses the finish line. Registration cost is Php 6,000 for the entire team.
Andrico Mahilum, the current record holder for the male Filipino runner with a clocking of 7:57 minutes last year, shared that in order for first-timers to the conquer the Vertical Run, all it takes is proper preparation, mindset, and focus.
