Don and Bong may not be blood brothers but treated each other as such that they share common interests and dreams and one of which is DB’s Delicacies (coined from the first letters of their names).
Pastel Royal Bibingka is made from rice flour and made more delicious with milk, eggs, cheese and coconut milk. With no preservatives, the shelf life of this delicious treat is only 4 days but can last up to a month if refrigerated.
It is best eaten with coffee or tea, hot choco or your favorite soda. Just reheat in steamer or microwave oven over low heat.
