I recently got the chance to witness a chapter launch of an organization meant to help and support its members. It was an eye-opener for me, not knowing that such a complementary group exists.
Business Network International or BNI was created to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop long term meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.
BNI’s unique platform allows only ONE person from each profession to join a chapter. And with its hundreds of members around the world, being with BNI is like having tons of salespeople working for you. All the other members carry several copies of your business cards with them. When they meet someone who could use your products or services they hand your card out and recommend your services. It’s as simple as that business-minded Mommshies. Simply great!
Here in the Philippines BNI has 8 chapters with around 300 members (and counting) in seven (7) cities and it was a privilege to be part of the launch of BNI Star Chapter Quezon City Region. In this event, the camaraderie and genuine intent to support each other is very evident.
