SOPAS

Amount Ingredients & Preparation

1 tub (250 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL-AROUND CHICKEN PANGSAHOG

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 can (340 g) evaporated milk

1/2 pc cabbage, sliced

1 pc carrots, small-sized, diced

1-1/2 cup elbow macaroni

6-8 cups water

3-4 pc hotdog, sliced

2-3 stalks celery, chopped

1-2 cubes chicken bouillon

1 pc (100 g) chicken liver (optional)

Procedure:

In a wok/casserole, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté the Magnolia All-Around Pangsahog, hotdog & chicken liver* for 4-5 minutes until the meat becomes brown. Add the carrots, celery & cabbage and continue to sauté for 2-3minutes. Pour the water and let it boil.

Then put the macaroni & cook for 9-10 minutes (depending on the cooking guide). Pour the evaporated milk while stirring. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy.
